| The Wabanaki Katahdin Baskets |
These are the Katahdin Series Baskets. There are five
baskets in this series. Made in Homage to Mt. Katahdin.
They are all woven in a expanded quadrifoil design to
emulate a mountain effect surrounding the bottom of
each basket. Four of the baskets have motif patterns
woven on the sides. These are absolutely stunning
baskets.

The Katahdin Arctic Butterfly Basket. The second
generation of the Katahdin Basket. This is the basket
on display at the National Museum Of The American
Indian - Smithsonian. This Lidded Basket is woven with
a quadrifoil pattern lid with a slight arch to emulate a
mountain effect.

consist of three nested baskets. They differ to the
above baskets in size and have a round bottom
woven in a wonderful quadrifoil pattern. These
baskets are limited in number per year.
